    By discussing the key goals of a company, Prof. Zhu analyzes the business drivers for a company to green its supply chain, from the perspectives of supply chain resilience and risks, regulatory compliance, and image.

    This session introduces what green supply chain management means for a company, through the illustration of business cases including Wal-Mart, China Mobile, Xerox etc.
