Prof. Wan discusses the opportunities, challenges and likely future development of Chinese manufacturing, which has developed rapidly through technological innovation, and is now steadily adopting sustainability. Through value chain analysis, he also discusses how to construct a global supply chain to leverage advantages and gain benefits from globalization. He reviews the cases of Apple and Tesla China in depth to illustrate his points.
