    Commercial Compliance

    This session identifies common compliance risks in the commercial field, such as in bidding and tendering, full cycle contract management, intellectual property, the ecological environment, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution. Professor Yang analyses how to foster commercial compliance in the modern business environment.

    Criminal Compliance

    This session reviews bribery, embezzlement of company assets, concealment and fabrication of material information, and manipulation of securities and futures in commercial operation, and gives warnings with relevant examples.

    Data Compliance

    China is promoting data circulation and use, including data opening, authorized operation of public data and data trading. Based on this, Professor Yang illustrates how data should be legally used by enterprises in China, and what laws govern its proper use.
