Allison is the VP & General Manager for Milliken Floor Covering Asia. Based in Shanghai, she is responsible for driving business growth and managing business operations in Asia. 

Allison joined Milliken in 2016 as the Vice President of Asia Strategy and Business Development overseeing growth acceleration and M&A opportunities across its Asia businesses. Prior to Milliken & Company, Allison held diverse leadership positions at DuPont Nutrition and Health China for five years. She served as Marketing Director, Chair of China Growth Strategy Management Office, and Business Director of the China Hydrocolloids Business. For five years after graduating from business school, Allison worked at Professor Michael Porter’s management consulting firm Monitor Group (now Deloitte Consulting). She led numerous and diverse client projects from MNCs to private enterprises to China SOEs, and her expertise covered strategy development, commercial excellence, organization design and leadership development.

Allison is co-chair of AmCham’s Women’s Executive Network, a Member of AmCham’s Manufacturing Business Council, an ICF Certified Professional Coach, and an Advisor to the School of Economics and Management of Tong Ji University. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and M.S in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
