Jialu Liu is an assistant professor at Antai College of Economics and Management in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Before joining STJU, she received her Ph.D. from Chinese University of Hong Kong. She studies how technology shapes society and how we can design better digital platforms and algorithms. Using tools like empirical analysis, game theory, experiments, and artificial intelligence, she uncovers insights that guide both business decisions and policy-making. Her research appears in premier journals such as Management Science, Information Systems Research, Production and Operations Management, and INFORMS Journal on Computing.
