Xueqing (Skye) Fan is an assistant professor of organizational management at Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). She received her Ph.D. and M.S. from School of Management and Industrial Relations at Rutgers University.

Her research interest includes performance dynamics, compensation, and leadership behavior. Her research has been published in top management journals, such as Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and The International Journal of Human Resource Management. She has been teaching ACEM’s English programs including the Master of International Business Program and International MBA program.
