Anna-Katharina Schaper works as a research associate at the EQUA Endowed Chair for Family Business Culture and Ownership at TUM School of Management. Before joining TUM, she worked at the Chair of China Business and Economics at the University of Würzburg. In her research, she contextualises Chinese women's entrepreneurship. The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) funded her research stays at Peking University and Babson College.
